Peridot and Herkimer Dangle Earrings

I personally know the woman who mined these Herkimer quartz stones. I think that is so cool! There is a mine in New York where folks can go and show up with a bucket, safety glasses, and a little pick ax to look for these beautiful stones. And she loves it! You don't always get lucky and find any, though. You have to have lots of patience and gentleness with strength to find them. I was excited to purchase these from her so she can go and do it again. I paired the Herkimer stones with one of my favorites, peridot. That green makes me so happy! All 4 of these stones are as you would have found them in the Earth and that is pretty amazing. 

These dangle earrings drop about 2.5 inches from where they enter your ear. They are made entirely from recycled sterling silver and one of a kind.
