Return and Refund Policy

Every piece from The Striped Cat Metalworks is handmade entirely by hand in my home studio in New Hampshire. Because each piece is a one-of-a-kind work of wearable art, I am not able to accept returns.

Exchanges If something isn't right with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I am happy to discuss an exchange for another piece in the shop and will always do my best to find something you will truly love.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with a photo and I will make it right.

Custom and Made-to-Order Pieces All custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
