A Story in Three Acts

This bracelet tells a story that every cat owner has lived. It unfolds across three tiny glass domed scenes set into a sterling silver cuff, each one a perfect little moment frozen in silver.

On the left, a cat walks with that particular feline confidence, tail high, clearly heading somewhere with great intention and absolutely no remorse about whatever comes next.

In the center, the cat has arrived. It sits perfectly still in front of a potted houseplant, staring at it with an expression of pure contemplation. Behind them on the wall, a tiny bookshelf holds a row of even tinier books. This is a cat in a home full of lovely things. This is a cat deciding which lovely thing to interfere with first.

On the right, the innocent houseplant sits on its little table, completely unaware that it has already been chosen.

If you have ever owned a cat and a houseplant at the same time you have lived this story. Probably more than once. Probably just this morning.

The Bracelet

Each of the three scenes is hand drawn and cut from sterling silver, arranged inside its own glass domed setting so every tiny detail is protected and visible from every angle. The center scene is larger with a beautiful beaded sterling silver border framing it like the most mischievous little portrait you have ever worn. The two smaller domes sit on either side, connected by a smooth sterling silver cuff band that curves elegantly around the wrist.

Every element of this bracelet was made entirely by hand from scratch. Nothing was cast. There is not another one like it anywhere in the world.

A Note on Wearing Your Bracelet

This cuff has an opening at the back so you can slip it onto your wrist sideways. It can be gently adjusted to fit you perfectly on first wearing. Sterling silver should not be opened and closed repeatedly as this makes the metal brittle over time, so once fitted please take it on and off without bending it further. There is only one of this bracelet in the world. When it finds its home it will never be made again exactly like this. The cat inside it will never be caught mid scheme in exactly this arrangement ever again.

I made this bracelet for everyone who has ever loved a cat and a houseplant at the same time and kept doing it anyway despite all evidence that this is not a safe combination.
