Every piece from The Striped Cat Metalworks (me, Tamara!) is handmade with great care and I want it to arrive safely and make you happy.

Shipping

I ship all pieces via USPS. I strongly recommend choosing Priority Mail at checkout. It includes more insurance coverage for your jewelry, and I want your piece protected on its journey to you.

If you'd prefer UPS, FedEx, or a specific shipping method, just message me before ordering and I'll make it happen.

• Ready-made pieces: Ships within 3–5 business days
• Custom pieces: Ready to ship in 2–4 weeks

Returns & Exchanges

Each piece I make is a one-of-a-kind work of wearable art, created entirely by hand. Because of this, I'm not able to accept returns but I want you to feel completely confident in your purchase!

If something isn't right, please reach out. If you'd like to exchange your piece for another one in my shop, I'm happy to discuss that with you and find something you'll truly love.

I include detailed sizing and measurement information in every listing. Please read carefully and fully before ordering, and don't hesitate to message me with any questions before you buy.
