Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges


Normally I ship all of my pieces to you using the USPS in the manner that you choose. That can be First Class but I highly suggest you chose Priority shipping as there is a bit more insurance on your jewelry piece in case it ever gets lost in the mail. We can also insure your package for the exact amount that you paid for it if you contact me as well. If you would like for me to ship in another way, just send me a message before you order and we can do that as well. UPS and FedEx are also options but will cost more. Sometimes not by very much, though! At the bottom of every item listing there will be info on how quickly the piece will ship to you. It will either say that it is an already made item and will ship out within 3-5 business days, OR it will say that it is custom made for you and will be ready to ship in about 2-4 weeks. If you need your piece faster than that, message me and we can discuss your options. 

Returns and Exchanges

Because I work to make most pieces from scratch after you purchase them, they are one of a kind pieces made just for you. I do not accept returns because of this. The time and heart that it takes to make your piece for you is for you. If you would like to exchange your piece for another I have in my shop we can discuss that and decide together.

I do not allow returns on items because they were the wrong size. I try my best to include all the info needed for sizing and fit within an item's description. This is why it is important to be sized for jewelry at a professional shop before ordering. 

I do want you to be entirely happy with your purchase of wearable art from me. If there is any issue at all with your piece, please feel free to reach out so we can discuss what is on your mind.
